• You will need to register your intent to claim and submit a claim form within 30 days of delivery. The registration details should match those of the Applicant as detailed on the Confirmation of Shipment Protection letter.
  • Once you have submitted your intent to claim you will be able to go straight to the claim form page.
  • If you do not submit your claim registration and claim form within 30 days of delivery your claim will be declined due to elapsed timescales.
  • An email confirming your registration and claim form submission will be sent to the email address provided. The email will also include your unique log in details which will give you access to your claim file 24 hours a day.
  • Once you have submitted your claim form you will have an additional 45 days from the date of submitting your claim form to provide supporting documents these include photographs of all damaged items, replacement estimates and repair estimates where applicable.
  • If you do not submit your supporting documents within 45 days from the claim form submission your claim will be declined due to elapsed timescales.
  • All items must be retained until your claim has been finalised or written approval is given by a claim handler, failure to do so will result in your claim for those items being declined.
